cotton and audio tapeRectangular flags, variously 5 or 6 inches wide and between 7 and 8.25 inches long, made of sonic fabric (50% cotton and 50% audiocassette tape which has been prerecorded with a sound collage derived from the collection of former Phish percussionist Jon Fishman.).
The sounds contained in the weave can be heard by drawing a tape head over its surface.
The narrower edges of the flags are attached regularly along a braided cotton cord 33 inches long which is itself looped at each end.
